I brought my 2018 Highlander in when the "check engine" light went on. The car was diagnosed with a faulty part but there was a month long delay in getting the part? Service Advisor, Daniel Ramos and Fixed Operations Director, Jose Rivera did an excellent job in explaining the problem and setting it right so I could get on with my daily duties without interruption.
