Went to Don Jacob's in November 11 to test drive a Toyota Highlander XSE. Cheryl Hansen was the sales rep who showed me the car. She was informative, not pushy, and very helpful. Bought the Highlander XSE and am very happy with the service I received from the Don Jacob's from Cheryl and the finance person. Great place to buy a car.

We worked with Manny and Magdalena. From the start the whole process was easy and smooth. They responded very quickly to our inquiries and questions got us the down payment and payments we wanted. So happy with the experience and the vehicle. Will definitely recommend this dealership and will be using them again.

We are shopping Toyota’s and have yet to bite the bullet on a Highlander, but had a great experience with Lamar while test driving. He wasn’t pushy, he was knowledgeable and kind. He was communicative prior to the appointment about inventory, as well. If you’re headed to this dealership - ask for Lamar!

Cheryl my car saleswoman and Isabel my F&I manager Absolutely Amazing they did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted. They made me feel like I've known them for years and made me very comfortable. The whole process took a total of 2.5 hours. I've never had that experience anywhere else. I recommend them highly!
