Q.        Which vehicles are included in the Oil Changes for Life Program?        
A.        All new Toyotas and Scions as well as all Toyota Certified pre-owned vehicles purchased at Don Jacobs Toyota.

Q.        Are they really included at no cost to me?
A.        Yes.  No fees, taxes etc…  All you do is drive in, get your oil changed and drive off.

Q.        How long can I get oil changes at no cost?
A.        As long as you own the vehicle.

Q.        I get them even if I have the vehicle 20 years?
A.        Yes, even if you have it 20 years!

Q.        What is included?
A.        The oil, filter, labor, and tax - everything.

Q.        I heard you use cheap filters is that true?
A.        Absolutely not true.  We only use Toyota filters.

Q.        How often can I have the oil changed for free?
A.        Per Toyota's recommended maintenance - every 5000 miles.

Q.        Can I bring it every 6 months if I don’t put on a lot of miles?
A.        No, sorry we only go by Toyota's recommended mileage.

Q.        Do I need an appointment?
A.        No!  You can use our Express Lube service which means no appointment necessary and takes about 30 minutes.

Q.        Do I have to do all my recommended maintenance there to keep getting the free oil changes.?
            No.  We would like you to do your maintenance here of course, but you won't lose the free oil changes if you do not.

Q.        Do you charge more for other maintenance to make up for the free oil changes?
A.        No, our service rates are the same or less than other Toyota dealers in the area.

Q.        How much can I save with this program?
A.        There are many variables but the average customer will save about $500 if they have their vehicle 5 years.

Q.        Do any other Toyota dealers in the area offer free oil changes for life?
A.      NO, we are the ONLY Toyota dealer in the Midwest to offer free oil changes.
